Day 9!

Day 9 and still going strong! Today was great! Woke up and had my SPARK and catalyst followed by the fiber drink and probiotic followed by some oatmeal with raisins in it! Lunch was a turkey sandwich with lettuce, pickles, and green pepper on it and also had some blueberries. We spent the day at the lake so I had a rehydrate and then this afternoon I had a spark and a grapefruit.  I also went to cross-fit at 6pm and we had quite the workout.  Warm-up was jump rope skills followed by 20 meter crawls and rope pull-ups.  Then we did active moves and the workout started.  Today was 4 rounds, of 4 reps of zombie squats and a move with a kettleball and I didn't catch the name to it! Oops! I will figure it out tomorrow and get back to everyone! The finisher today was 1 minute of burpees as fast as possible, I finished with 23 burpees in a minute! Dinner was a salad and some turkey. I will be up and back at the gym in the morning!
