24 Day Challenge- Day 6!

Another day down and feeling great! Breakfast was oatmeal with some raisins, with my probiotic and spark. For lunch I had a salad with mild salsa on it and a slice of turkey.  This afternoon, I had another spark, 3 catalyst and it was off to the gym! I began with an 800m run followed by stretches and then ran 3 miles.  After that I did some weight training consisting of legs and back.  I then went on the stair stepper for 15 minutes and cooled down with 5 minutes on the bike.  After that I did the ab sequence from P90x and called it a day at the gym! Afterwards, I had a hand-full of almonds and a rehydrate.  For dinner I had grilled chicken, steamed green beans, and some raspberries along with my 5 omega plex. Tonight, I will have a rehydrate before bed along with my herbal cleanse packet.  Today was all in all a great day! Bring on tomorrow!
