24 Day Challenge, Day 4!
Today has been rough to say the least! After 3 workouts yesterday, my body is exhausted today! I got up took a spark and 3 catalyst and then I had my probiotic this morning and had a banana muffin for breakfast, I just wasn't feeling oatmeal today! I also had some raspberries with my breakfast. Lunch was a simple salad and some almonds. This afternoon I was dragging, I didn't wanna leave the couch, so I was dreading my workout! I took a SPARK and got some energy and had 3 catalyst all before my workout. The workout was as followed: Warm-up: Jumprope 100x forward and 100x backwards, then 100 mountain climbers. Then today we worked on the rings, where I found I literally have no upper body strength, I felt like a weakling! We then moved onto the workout which was a 400m run, 21 kettleball swings, and 12 pushups for 3 rounds. I swang 35k kettleballs, the workout was as fast as possible and I finished in 9:27. I think if I wasn't as tired I would have gone faster but after yesterday I'm tired. For dinner, I had a salad with almonds on it, I also had some blueberries and watermelon and then a slice of turkey and also took my omega plex. If needed, I will have a rice cake with a thin slice of peanut butter on it. Early bed is in order for me tonight that way I can get to the gym in the morning if I'm not too sore!
