Day 10!

Day 10 was crazy busy for me! The morning started out with my probiotic and fiber drink and I had some oatmeal with raisins in it and it was off to the gym! On my way there I had my spark and 3 catalyst! The workout was awesome, but it was 95 degrees and humid! The warm-up was a 400m run, jumprope 200 times and rope climbs, I have quite the burn from the rope climb last week so I ended up doing body pull ups on the rope. The skill of the day was handstands and wheel barrels, for my wheel barrels I had to do them in the pike position, which is a lot harder! But, I did them a lot faster yesterday and I didn't have to stop at all, the beginning of May when I started cross-fit I could barely do it! It's a great improvement and means I am getting stronger! Lunch yesterday was some chicken, raisins, and corn nuts.  Mid-afternoon I had some veggie sticks and dinner was 2 scrambled eggs and 2 pieces of sausage.  Before bed, I had 2 catalyst and rehydrate.
