24 Day Challenge -- Day 2!
Day 2 is almost under my belt! I feel great today! I woke up and had my fiber drink, the first few sips were fine, but the last one I had to choke down, but I made it through that! I had a banana this morning followed by a SPARK! For lunch I had turkey, a salad, and some blueberries. This afternoon I had a salt free rice cake with a very small amount of peanut butter. This evening I attended the Intro to Cross-fit class. On the way there I had a SPARK and 3 catalyst. The workout went as followed: Warm-up was a 400m run, mountain climbers, and jumping jacks. In the gym, the word "can't" is not allowed, anytime it is said it's 10 burpees for everyone. Tonight the word was said 3 times, so 30 extra burpees with the workout. So after the first set of burpees, we did a dead lift, I lifted 64k. We then practiced kips on the bar and hand stand holds against the wall. Then the workout began, we had 5 dumbbell snatches on each arm then 10 pushups, 15 ring jumps, and 20 sit-ups, this is done 3 times as fast as possible. I had a personal record tonight which was 5 minutes 35 seconds. I was very excited by that! Then I came home, and for dinner I had a salad, some turkey, and an apple and for a snack I had a grapefruit. I will drink a rehydrate before bed and take 2 catalyst, then will take my herbal cleanse packet. Gonna call it a night after that and prepare for tomorrow, day 3! Keep on keeping on!
