24 Day Challenge -- Day 5!

Another day under my belt! Again, breakfast I had my 3 catalyst and spark then my probiotic and some fruit. Lunch was a salad with almonds and raisins on it and some turkey. Afternoon snack was some veggie sticks and almonds and then dinner was turkey and fruit!   had my omega plex with dinner again and then my herbal cleanse tablets at night before bed!  I nanny 2 babies on Fridays so yesterday afternoon I had a second spark! I was extremely sore and exhausted after a long week of workouts so I took the day off and I will hopefully be ready to go tomorrow!
