Dead week is here meaning finals are next week already. It has been a while since I have posted anything and I plan on posting on here every day this summer, so why not start now? I am in the midst of a 24 day challenge, I am on day 10, the last day of the Cleanse Phase. I am feeling really good, but ready to have my meal replacement shakes and MNS back, that's for sure.
Today I woke up and had 3 catalyst and a spark, 30 minutes after that I consumed my fiber drink with a big glass of water right after. Mid-morning between classes I had a granola bar and for lunch I had turkey, applesauce and some broccoli. This afternoon for a snack I had an apple and supper was some more turkey on a wheat wrap, cauliflower, carrots, and an orange.
I am currently enjoying a pink lemonade spark , going to have 3 more catalyst and it's off to the gym! Before bed tonight I will have a rehydrate and 3 more catalyst. That's all for now! :)
