Falling off the Wagon

I took well, a LONG break. Life has been INSANE lately! But I'm back on track again! The challenge kind of went down hill after the hospital incident but everything is back to normal! Wahoo! I ended up down 5 more pounds and lost 10 inches! Super pumped about that! I went to cross-fit yesterday for the first time since the hospital, let's just say I am extremely sore today! Yesterday we warmed up with jump rope and rowing, then we did L-sits, I am at the point where I can do it on the rings, which is the hardest to do, so I am very thrilled about that! Then our wod was deadlift for 15 minutes up to max, I got another PR and dead lifted 75k, my previous PR was 64k! I was pumped and the day kept getting better! We then did handstand pushups for 3 minutes as many as possible and I did 54! Then our finisher was an 800m run with a 50k kettle bell! I am pretty sore today! I am headed to the pool with my family and will get a workout in later today!
